Dr. Nancy Dishner is vice provost for enrollment services and director of the Roan Scholars Leadership Program at East Tennessee State University. As a consultant for Noel-Levitz, her areas of expertise include customer service, enrollment management, and understanding organizational culture. Dr. Dishner has consulted with Florida State University, Murray State University (KY), Lakeshore Technical College (WI), and United States International University (CA). Through her consulting experiences, she has facilitated the training of well over 1,000 individuals in the Connections and Advanced Connections quality service skills programs, as well as provided presentations on effective enrollment management strategy. Dr. Dishner also serves as associate professor of educational leadership at East Tennessee. In this position, she works with graduate students as they seek their master’s, specialist’s, and doctoral degrees. In addition, she directs a leadership/scholarship program for specially selected students at the undergraduate level.
Education: Dr. Dishner received her doctorate in educational administration from East Tennessee State University. |
