Nancy Whiteman Greene, a principal in the firm’s Real Estate practice group and resident in the firm’s Baltimore office, represents local and regional developers in virtually all aspects of their business, with a particular emphasis on sale and acquisition transactions, leasing, secured financing and entity formation. Ms. Greene also represents national and regional lending institutions in real estate secured financing transactions and affordable housing transactions. In addition, she represents commercial business landlords and business tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing matters. Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Ms. Greene served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene M. Lerner (retired), Anne Arundel County Circuit Court in Annapolis, Maryland from 1997-1998.
