Practice
A member of the Firm’s Personnel Committee and a partner in the Litigation Department, Ms. Delaney has been with the Firm since 1988. Her broad experience in civil litigation includes securities, commercial, trust and taxation matters at both the trial and appellate levels. She also has experience in international commercial arbitration, having acted as counsel for state-owned entities and international organizations, as well as publicly and privately held companies in AAA and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
Ms. Delaney is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey and the District of Columbia, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Third Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Columbia and the United States Tax Court.
