Nancee Shannon Berger is the President and Chief Operating Officer of West Corporation. She was promoted to this position in January 2004. Nancee’s previous positions within the West organization include: Chief Operating Officer of West Corporation from September 1998 to January 2004; President of West Interactive from October 1996 to September 1998; Executive Vice President, West Interactive Corporation, from April 1995 to October 1996; Vice President, West Interactive Corporation, from May 1994 to April 1995; Vice President-Operations, West Interactive Corporation, from 1990 to 1994; and Manager of Client Services FromNancee came to West Interactive from Applied Communications, Inc., a major banking software provider. She was employed at ACI as Senior Project Manager, Manager of Product Consulting, and Marketing Support Representative. Before joining ACI, Nancee was employed as a Marketing Representative with IBM Corporation.
