Nan Zieleniec was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Developers Diversified Realty in August 2005. Ms. Zieleniec has an extensive Human Resources background. Prior to joining Developers Diversified Realty she served 15 years as the Vice President of Human Resources at Associated Estates Realty Corporation a multi-family real estate investment trust in Cleveland. She also served as the Manager of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments in Cincinnati and the Director of Employment/Employee Relations at Sami/Burke Inc. also in Cincinnati. Ms. Zieleniec is a graduate of Ohio University where she received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Organizational Communication. She also has a Master of Science in Business from the University of Cincinnati with a concentration in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
