Nan D. O'Neil
Profile : Nan O'Neil is a paralegal in the Real Estate and Business Services Groups. She assists attorneys with all aspects of real estate sales and acquisitions, real estate loans and commercial real estate leasing, including reviewing and coordinating title and survey and other due diligence issues. In addition, she assists with the formation of business entities and corporate compliance. Ms. O'Neil's regulatory responsibilities include assisted living and nursing home facility licensing and cemetery and funeral home trusts and licensing. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Ms. O'Neil was a paralegal for a real estate developer, where she assisted with the development and administrative operations of office buildings, apartment complexes and shopping centers.
