Nagan Raman, US Strategic Accounts Global Outsourcing Services As head of sales for US Strategic Accounts, Nagan manages strategic customer and partner relationships for two Zensar strategic business units which provide Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. During his five and one half years in Zensar, Nagan has managed Zensar s largest account increasing revenue seven-fold and maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction. Today customer and partner relationships under Nagan s purview generate more than 25% of Zensar s worldwide revenues. Nagan has a B.Tech degree from India s premier engineering institute, the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has over 30 years of experience in the computer and telecom services and product industries. Twenty one of these years were spent in AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Bell Labs, one of the world s premier R&D organizations. In addition to his experience in these industries, Nagan also brings to the table extensive experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Foreign Exchange trading.
