Nadav Ravid is a Shareholder in the firm’s Los Angeles office and the Administrative Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Ravid focuses his practice on matters involving leasing, buying, selling, financing and developing commercial real estate. He is also a UCLA extension program instructor where he lectures on the subjects of leases and purchases and sales of commercial real estate, as well as a frequent lecturer on a variety of real estate topics for various organizations and companies. Past presentations include a seminar titled Negotiating Complex Real Estate Transactions, sponsored by Lorman Education Services, in-house presentation for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP and a seminar on the AIR leases for LACBA. Mr. Ravid served as a member of the Steering Committee of the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has published numerous articles relating to real estate including:

He earned his B.A. in 1994 from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. in 1997 from Loyola Law School.
