He has operated in High-Tech global companies in Software and Business. In these jobs he was responsible for finance management fund-raising acquisitions technology sales preparation of financial reports for due diligences etc.
Mr. Rosman serves as a consultant to start up companies in financing strategy and reorganization. He serves as the CEO of Multiview Ltd a company he co-founded in 1999. He serves as a director at Zoomix data mastering and Knolan.
Mr. Rosman was a director actively involved in the sale of New Dimension Ltd. to B.M.C. Inc. for $675 million. Prior to that he held a Co-CEO position in R.T.S. Ltd. (Virinet Ltd.) where he participated in the IPO in NASDAQ. |
