Prior to Gateway Bank Mr. Gaythwaite served as director of organizational readiness at John H. Harland Company where he focused on improving clients' marketing human resource operations and business process performance through the assessment development and ongoing measurement of client organizational skill sets business processes and compensation programs. His experience includes a number of senior leadership and consulting roles with more than 35 years experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Gaythwaite joined Gateway Bank in October 2007 as the Chief Retail Banking Officer to oversee the bank's retail banking activities to include training marketing and product development. |
