Myla Irwin, Intellinet’s human resource manager, is responsible for the overall administration of the human resource function of the company including corporate policy formulation, communication and enforcement; employee relations; benefits administration; and assisting with employee training and development initiatives. Mrs. Irwin brings over 15 years of HR generalist experience to Intellinet, the last eight in a management capacity. Mrs. Irwin spent the first eight years of her HR career with a health related non-profit in Maryland before relocating to Atlanta. She then worked as Assistant Director of HR for an environmental engineering firm in Buckhead for three years before taking an independent consulting job where she spent a year building an HR infrastructure for a rising IT training school in Decatur. Mrs. Irwin is a national and local member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She earned her BA in Psychology from Spelman College in Atlanta and a MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland in College Park. Mrs. Irwin is happily married and the mother of two young daughters. |
