Muriel Pénicaud joined Dassault Systemes as Executive Vice President Organization and Human Resources in October 2002.
Muriel Pénicaud is in charge of coordinating and leveraging global operations of the Dassault Systèmes Group companies. Her responsibilities include: Human Resources; Company Organization, Management Development, Internal Communications, and Social Responsibility.
Her mission is to build a high-performance, global organization, implement innovative organizational programs such as collaborative work practices and knowledge-based management, deploy efficient, progressive HR solutions, and develop a comprehensive governance model including Community Values and Social Responsibility.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Ms. Pénicaud was director at the Danone Group for Training, followed by Manager Development, and Organization and Human Resources policy. Prior to her responsibilities at Danone, Muriel Pénicaud was training policy advisor to the French Minister of Employment.
Muriel Pénicaud graduated from Paris X and Strasburg Universities with a specialization in history, education science, and psychology. She's member of the Board of the European Executive Governance Chair of ESCP-EAP, and Chairman of the Board of the French National Institute for Labour, Employment and Professional Training.
