Mr. Holliday has 35 years of experience with Sonnenblick-Goldman Company and is a Managing Director of the Company. During his tenure at Sonnenblick, Mr. Holliday was a Partner and advisory director of Lehman Brothers from 1979 to 1983. Prior to joining the Company in 1969, Mr. Holliday practiced law in New York City from 1961 to 1965. He served as counsel to Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association from 1965 to 1968. Mr. Holliday has lectured at the International Council of Shopping Centers, the New School for Social Research and the New York University Real Estate Institute. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Holliday holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Holliday has been directly responsible for billions of dollars in financing and sales transactions during his career. |
