Morne Swart is CyberShift's vice president of product management with over 14 years experience in enterprise-wide workforce management solutions. As vice president of product management, he brings in-depth functional and product development expertise to CyberShift. Swart oversees the product management, quality assurance and information development functions. Swart is recognized as an industry expert in workforce management. He has designed customer focused scheduling, time and attendance and expense management solutions. Prior to his current position, he served as vice president of enterprise solutions. Before his tenure with CyberShift, he was with its predecessor organization, ABI - TruTrack, Inc., as vice president of implementation and technology. Swart began his career in a variety of software development and deployment positions for large public and governmental agencies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. |
