As the Chief Rewards Officer for RecycleBank, Morley Ivers directs and executes The RecycleBank Rewards Program. He brings his knowledge as an experienced entrepreneur and loyalty program marketplace expert to the team as he specializes in business development, management and operations within rapid growth business environments. Previously, Ivers was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Gordon Mowatt Group (GMG), a business development and marketing consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada. During his tenure with GMG, he was focused on an engagement with Points International Ltd. and Points.com Inc. (TSX:PTS), where prior to starting GMG he was their Vice-President Business Strategy and an Officer of the corporation. Through GMG, Points retained Ivers to act in the capacity of General Manager for AirIncentives - a loyalty incentive program fuelled by frequent flyer miles whereby clients could provide their customers with the consumer's choice of miles, from six airline loyalty programs partners, as an incentive for utilizing their services. Ivers was responsible for reshaping and executing AirIncentives' sales strategy and creating the supporting models for the organization's development.Ivers was also previously CEO and Co-Founder of American Family Safety Inc. where he was involved in all aspects of the business, including developing the business strategy, sourcing financing, business development, marketing and operations with overall accountability for execution of the business plan in accordance with the board's direction. Ivers is a Dean's Honor List graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. |
