Examined market opportunity, technological feasibility, regulation and trading rules, and impact on stakeholders and market participants. Rationalized market data covering fixed income globally for a major sell-side firm. Utilized proprietary market data usage capture tools, and implemented cost management processes and reporting for a major sell-side firm.For a power (electricity) exchange, analyzed and instituted risk management policies, trade rules, marketing/distribution plans and revenue enhancement strategies for a new financial product. Constructed an extensive business framework for online portal providing CFOs of mid-sized companies with comprehensive tools, real-time information and access to capital markets.Designed a new trading floor for a top U.S. securities exchange including detailed recommendations on technology, functionality, implementation and costs. Finally, Mr. Alexander has significant practical experience in intellectual property and patent regulations.
