As VP of, Delivery of Serivce Morgan planned and managed implementation of accessibility, usability, visual design modifications, and a help system for the Department of Defense's remote voting system, SERVE. He manages development and publishing teams for numerous AOL properties, including Travel, Sports, Research, Living and Diet & Fitness. Morgan has also developed websites and content management systems for UPI, PBS, Weather-Rite, Dr. Sauer Corporation, Mayfair Avenue and Northern Virginia Visitor's Consortium. Morgan also trains developers on standardized XHTML/CSS and providing accessibility/performance analysis. He is a technical leader with proven front and back-end development skills as well as expertise in user interface design, accessibility, information architecture and content management. Morgan has a degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary. |
