Morgan Fox Walbridge is an associate of the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Corporate Department, where she focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance.

Represented a firefighting and heavy lift helicopter operating company in connection with the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary
Represented Valassis Communications, Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of ADVO, Inc. including the issuance of $540 million of senior notes
Represented DaVita Inc. in its $3.05 billion acquisition of Gambro Heathcare, Inc., the U.S. kidney dialysis business of Gambro AB
