Monica Wuebbling is an associate of the Private Capital Group at Daniels & Associates. Based in New York, she assists the group in equity and debt financings for media, Internet and telecommunications clients worldwide.Ms. Wuebbling joined Daniels following a summer internship in their Media & Broadcast Group while she was working towards her MBA. Prior to beginning her graduate program, Ms. Wuebbling worked in Zagreb, Croatia as the deputy to the CFO of the first privately-owned national cable operator in the country. This position included every aspect of financial planning as well as interacting with the firm’s U.S.-based private equity investors, and managing daily financial operations. During her tenure, she saw the firm through their final $20 million round of financing as well as the ensuing shift in majority ownership. Ms. Wuebbling also worked in Croatia as a freelance consultant in business development and built financial projections for client firms in various segments of the media industry. She previously held a position at the Croatian Privatization Fund, responsible for evaluating and assessing the economic value of assets in the state’s tourism portfolio, and writing Investment Memorandums for potential investors. Ms. Wuebbling earned an MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, specializing in global business and finance in the entertainment, media and technology industries, and a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University. |
