Mrs. Van Berkel Joined the Company in May 2004 as Vice President Human Resources responsible for the strategic direction of human resources initiatives including training recruiting employee relations compensation design and employee benefits. In addition to Human Resources Mrs. Van Berkel is also responsible for Corporate Information Technology. She is a veteran in the human resources field with 15 years of experience including senior human resources positions with First Data Gateway and Western Digital. During her career Mrs. Van Berkel has managed human resource functions from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies supporting industries in high tech manufacturing and professional services. Mrs. Van Berkel holds a Master of Science Degree in Administration of Justice from San Jose State University.
