As the New Business Coordinator for Optima I am the first contact for potential customers. It is my job to set up new accounts and familiarize new customers with Optima's philosophy, policies and procedures. I started at Optima as a Mac Operator and then moved to Customer Service. I have a BA in Art and Design with a minor in Marketing and Advertising, this background knowledge helps me in my job every day. I am also the International Customer Service Representative. I handle most of our customers' accounts that are outside of the US, which is a fun challenge.I spend most of my time outside of Optima with my family. I am involved in the Relay for Life, which is an annual fund raiser for the American Cancer Society. A little-know fact about me is that when I was 12 I was attacked by a pot-belly pig. |
