Monica Mathews Reynolds is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and real estate related litigation. In both state and federal courts, Ms. Reynolds has represented small and large real estate developers, lenders, commercial landlords, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of litigation from providing advice and counseling to filing mechanic's liens to prosecuting and defending claims through trial. Ms. Reynolds has also represented mid-sized and small companies in complex commercial litigation matters including unfair competition, anti-trust and shareholder derviative disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reynolds served as a law clerk for The Honorable Earl H. Carroll, Senior Judge for the United States District Court in Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Reynolds is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida and is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Ms. Reynolds earned her J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law where she was an Associate Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Trial Team. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware where she graduated cum laude. |
