Monica Johnson is a case manager in the firm’s Client Technology Services department in Minneapolis. As a professional services representative, her responsibilities include consulting with legal teams on solutions for automating and managing the discovery process, as well as providing project management for these projects, including overseeing the use of internal and external resources. Currently, she supports both the General and Regulatory Litigation groups on numerous projects. Since joining Faegre & Benson in 1997, Monica has contributed to a number of large, complex litigation matters, including extensive discovery and trial support on a highly confidential trade secret matter. Recently she managed a large electronic discovery matter which involved the collection of over 1.5 million email files and documents, review of over 3 million pages and production of over 1 million pages for 185 document custodians. As a senior member of the Case Management team, Monica also functions as mentor to others in the group, leads the development of best practices for case management, and evaluates processes and technologies to support client objectives.Monica graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris with a B.A. in Chemistry and from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a PhD in Analytical Chemistry. She is also an active member of the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Managers. |
