Moira Cullen is a skilled lobbyist with a successful track record at the state legislature, including considerable experience working with the Joint Budget Committee on complex state budget issues. Ms. Cullen’s expertise also extends to coalition-building, grassroots strategies, and the creation of essential partnerships with state and local agencies. As a partner at The Capstone Group, Ms. Cullen has worked successfully on higher education, mental health and human services issues, and education reform.
Prior to founding The Capstone Group, Ms. Cullen served as the Legislative Liaison for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and Director of Public Affairs for the Colorado Children’s Campaign. |
