Mohit as the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) heads the new division "Innovation Labs" at 24/7 Customer. Innovation Lab exploits three innovation fulcrums of Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Customer Experience to design and deliver new products and services in the domain of Customer Lifecycle Management.
Mohit has over 19 years of experience in general management, information technology and business development. He joined the team from Exatt Communications where he was the Vice President, Applications Services Business. Prior to this, he was the Chief Knowledge Officer and Head of Quality and Information Systems at Planetasia.com, a Microland Group Company.
Mohit is a B.Tech and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. |
