Mohan Gyani has served as one of our directors since January 2002. He retired as senior advisor office of the chairman and chief executive officer of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services a telecommunications company in December 2004. From March 2000 to January 2003 Mr. Gyani served as president and chief executive officer and from January 2000 to March 2000 as chief financial officer of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services. From October 1999 to December 1999 Mr. Gyani served as president and chief financial officer of PeoplePC Inc. a computer company. From June 1999 to September 1999 he served as the head of strategy and corporate development and a member of the board of directors of Vodafone AirTouch Plc a mobile telecommunications network company. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of AirTouch a telecommunications company from September 1995 to June 1999 prior to its merger with Vodafone. Mr. Gyani is a member of the boards of directors of Safeway Inc. Epiphany Inc. and a private company. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. degree in business administration from San Francisco State University. |
