Moe Bordwin joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007 and serves as a Managing Director focusing on new business development for healthy and distressed companies with the Real Estate Services team.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance Moe founded Keen Consultants. Prior to that he worked as an Executive Vice President at Stone-East Associates. He created the bankruptcy real estate industry in the mid-1970's with his work in the Food Fair Supermarkets Chapter 11 proceedings. Moe emerged is a leading authority on valuation and disposition of distressed real estate, and has acted as a trustee before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York.
Moe holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York, and a B.B.A. from Baruch College of the City University of New York in New York, New York. |
