Mo has been with Ice Cap since 1983, and worked in Production Management, Project Management and Sales Management through 1991. During late 1991 Mo became an owner and Chief Executive Officer of Ice Cap.
At the time the company’s traditional major sales base New York City high-rise residential construction was in a deep recession, but Mo was able to refocus the company on the replacement equipment market, introducing the ExactFit product line, the first UL listed, broad range line of replacement equipment.
Subsequent years have brought continued growth and expansion into targeted national markets, and the company has shown 500% overall sales growth since Mo became CEO. Although the company continues to be a leading supplier to the New York high-rise market, Mo’s current focus is on market and product diversification to further the company’s continued and profitable growth.
Mo has an AS in Metals Technology and a BS in Organizational Management. He has almost thirty years of experience in metal fabrication and various manufacturing industries, including employment with Bethlehem Steel, Todd Shipyards, Moraf Industries and Design Iron Works. He is also a long-distance swimmer with a 2002 goal of moving from 5-mile to 10-mile swims. Can the English Channel be in the future? |
