Mr. Allen concentrates on labor and employment litigation, with his primary practice area consisting of representing management in all types of employment disputes. He has over fifteen years of experience and has tried numerous cases in federal courts and state courts, and before various federal, state and/or local administrative bodies, as well as arbitration. Mr. Allen's practice consists of representing management and advising clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, including cases arising under Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the National Labor Relations Act.Prior To Maynard Cooper:Mr. Allen served as a law clerk to the Senior Federal District Judge Seybourn H. Lynne of the Northern District of Alabama from 1989-1990. |
