Mitchell Raup has extensive litigation and counseling experience, emphasizing antitrust and competition law. He has significant experience in antitrust issues in the health care industry, including hospital and health plan mergers, medical product distribution, and managed care contracting. He regularly represents clients before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. He is experienced in the defense of high-stakes litigation, including class actions and government investigations.
Mickey represents health care industry clients (including insurers, hospitals, provider groups, pharmaceutical and medical products companies, and group purchasing organizations) in antitrust cases involving mergers, joint ventures, product distribution, credentialing and managed care contracts. He regularly conducts antitrust audits and antitrust compliance training.
