Mitch Rubman is a Partner Practice Specialist in Major, Lindsey & Africa's New York office. In this capacity Mitch serves as a key liaison between partners exploring new career opportunities and MLA's partner recruiters. Mitch works closely with each candidate to assure they receive a full assessment of their career goals and are assigned to the best recruiter for their needs. Mitch interacts regularly with partner recruiters and keeps on top of market trends, so he is aware of current law firm needs and placements.
Mitch earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in planetary and space sciences from Boston University and his Master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University. Prior to joining MLA, Mitch worked in business development with many of today's leading entertainment companies including Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, Yahoo and Nike.
