Mr. Rasmussen brings over 20 years of financial management experience to Mainstream Data. Mr. Rasmussen joined Mainstream Data in 1990, and has served the company as controller, Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Mainstream Data, Mr. Rasmussen served as Vice President of Operations for Wavo Corporation. He has over 10 years of experience in the data and audio communications industry.Mr. Rasmussen holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an MBA from Utah State University. Mr. Rasmussen is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. |
