Mitch joined KSTC in January 2002 as Accounting Manager/Financial Analyst assisting in all areas of accounting, primarily working with The Innovation Group and the Kentucky Science and Engineering Foundation. His previous professional experience includes being a licensed Kentucky CPA since 1984 with over 6 years of public accounting experience. Mitch also has been employed as a workers compensation premium auditor, and in accounting management for companies involved in the coal mining and restaurant industries. Mitch’s association with KSTC came after serving over 12 years as Accounting Manager for the Asphalt Institute, an international non-profit trade association of the asphalt industry; and as an evening accounting instructor for Lexington Community College. Mitch graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BBA degree with emphasis in Accounting and in an MBA degree with emphasis in Accounting. |
