Miranda J. Welbourne is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
During law school, Miranda was a summer associate at McDermott. In addition, she served as a law clerk at the Department of Justice: Environmental Enforcement Section, Region 6, where she worked on research and legal memoranda on a variety of environmental law and civil law issues, and as a law clerk at the Air Force Judge Advocate General's Environmental Law and Litigation Division. Miranda was also an editor and article selection committee member for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law.
Miranda is admitted to practice in New York.
