Mr. Scott is currently a consultant to Complete Energy Holdings, L.L.C. Mr. Scott was a Founder and Managing Director of Complete Energy Holdings, L.L.C. from March 2003 to January 2006. From July 2000 to September 2002 Mr. Scott served as Executive Vice President of Dynegy Inc. Mr. Scott also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Dynegy Inc. from October 1999 to July 2000. From 1977 to October 1999, Mr. Scott was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, independent public accountants, serving in various positions, the latest as partner in charge of the Gulf Coast region's technology and telecommunications practice. Mr. Scott received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern University. |
