Milton Miller began serving as President and CEO on July 16 2007. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer since 1985. In this capacity Miller was responsible for credit investments funding derivatives and risk management. During this period he took a major role in the development of the Mortgage Purchase Program (MPP).
Miller began his career at the FHLBI in 1978 as a research associate and subsequently held the roles of assistant economist cash manager and asset/liability manager prior to his appointment as CFO.
Miller received a BS in management and administration and an MBA in finance from Indiana University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
