Millard S. Bennett is a founder and the managing principal of Stein Sperling. Mr. Bennett concentrates his practice among the areas of business organization, business conflicts among owners, conflict resolution, transition of ownership interests and civil litigation. He received a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland and a J.D. degree magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law of the American University. Mr. Bennett is listed as an AV and Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He advises numerous companies on business and management issues, and lectures regularly on business organization and business controversy topics. He also currently serves as the Chairman of the John Sherman Myers Society of the American University Washington College of Law, the schools prestigious alumni association.
