Millard J. Younkers, Jr. is Executive Vice President. He has nearly 42 years of commercial banking experience. Younkers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Monmouth College and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He began his career in 1966 as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for First National Bank of Toms River in New Jersey. He served as Executive Vice President and Director of Barnett Bank of Collier County, Florida from
1972 to 1976, at which time he rejoined First National Bank of Toms River (which later became First Fidelity) as Executive Vice President for Retail Banking. From 1993 to 1996, he was an officer of Northern Trust Bank of Florida in Naples, Florida. Younkers joined TIB Bank in 1996. In 2007, he moved up to TIB Financial Corp. to assist with mergers and acquisitions. |
