With over 21 years professional experience, Mr. Wagh manages Optimos’ India operations. Besides working on the challenge of building and scaling state of the art capabilities for the Optimos offshore unit in Pune in terms of infrastructure setup; services portfolio and revenue growth. Mr. Wagh is involved in the global resourcing activity. He manages the back office functions, IT offshore projects, as well as Business Process Outsourcing operations.
Prior to joining Optimos, Mr. Wagh served as Vice President of Products and Services for Computer World W.L.L. in Bahrain. Before that, he was the regional Head of Sales and Marketing for Sprint RPG India Limited. Mr. Wagh holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pune, India. |
