Miles founded Zeacom in 1994, with a vision to develop world class Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software. Since Zeacom's first customer purchased its flagship product Q-Master, in 1995, Miles has guided the company's expansion. In January 2000, he relocated to Southern California to manage the company's growth in the United States. Miles has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In 1988 he founded Telephone Technology Ltd (TTL) and grew the business into the second largest interconnect company in New Zealand (second only to the incumbent Telco), before selling it to Ubix Business Machines in 1993. Miles holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with a double major in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Waikato. |
