Miles S. Apple Miles S. Apple is Of Counsel in the firm's Tax and Finance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on various aspects of commercial finance, including securitizations, derivatives, restructuring and insolvency. Miles has represented local, national and international corporations and financial institutions involved in corporate reorganizations, bankruptcies, asset-backed lending, and other transactional matters. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and advising on capital market vehicles, including collateralized debt obligations, commercial paper vehicles, and other creative types of financing.
