Mr. Parker is based in New Orleans, Louisiana, and joined System Parking in 2006. He is responsible for overseeing our New Orleans operations, as well as developing new business relationships. Before joining System Parking, Mr. Parker served in the U.S. Army as Section Chief of an Artillery unit and graduated from the Primary Non-Commissioned Officers Academy for Combined Arms having attained the rank of Artillery Sergeant. Afterwards, he was VP/COO of Downtown Parking Service and Dependable Self Storage Company of New Orleans. During his 12 year tenure, he was responsible for all aspects of their operations, including valet and self parking services to hotels, multiuse complexes, surface lots and garages. He also served on the Board of Directors of the NPA. In his role with System Parking, he brings experience in customer service, budgetary and strategic planning, implementation, technology, labor cost controls, and organizational development and training.
