Mr. Williams serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DDi since November 2005. From November 2004 to October 2005, Mr. Williams served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DDi. Before joining the Company, Mr. Williams served as President of Constellation Management Group, LLC, where he provided strategic, operational and financial consulting services to companies in the telecom, software and other technology related industries. Prior to that, Mr. Williams served as Chief Operating Officer of LNG Holdings, a European telecommunications company, where he oversaw the restructuring and sale of the business. Mr. Williams began his career as a certified public accountant in the State of Maryland working as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University. |
