Mike Whitten is our director of dealer development. Whitten assumed this role in 2001, and oversees the recruitment and development of our new dealers. Whitten has more than 25 years in the franchise industry with roles and responsibilities covering operations, training/support and new business development. Before joining us, Whitten was vice president of franchising and retail operations for the HoneyBaked Ham Co., a $200 million company with over 50 franchises and 90 company-owned stores. Previously, Whitten also worked as the vice president of domestic franchising for AFC Enterprises, the holding company for Popeye's Chicken, Church's Chicken and Cinnabon Bakery Cafes. He has also served as director of franchising for Arby's, a $1 billion company with over 2,800 locations.
