Mike Stineman (Director of Business Development) joined the Bootstrap team in 2004 bringing a strong background from the financial software industry. After graduating from Middlebury College with a degree in Economics he worked for Baseline Financial Services, Inc. While there he worked within the client support group for two years learning about the close ties of the financial industry and technology. He developed a close understanding of clients business processes and their software needs and moved into the Product Design & Development Group. After being acquired by Thomson Financial, Inc. in 2000, he became a Global Customer Segment Manager working with clients across the industry to drive the development of new features and products. Mike came to Bootstrap with the deep understanding that the best approach to software development is understanding the business process first. |
