All of our Project Managers work directly with our Project Executives during the preconstruction
and bidding stages of projects. This allows Downes’ Project Manager’s to
have in-depth knowledge of their particular project well before the first shovel enters the
ground.
Michael joined Downes Construction in 2006. Michael’s experience as a project manager
includes multiple retail facilities for Wal-Mart, Shaw’s Supermarkets, as well as
educational facilities at Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor Connecticut. Currently, his
present assignment is at the E.C Goodwin School in New Britain, a $47 Million renovation
and new construction project for the State of Connecticut Department of Public Works.
