Mike Sokol brings over 29 years of UPS experience to AFMS, with over 16 of those years in Senior Management. During those years Mike served as a Sales Training Manager, teaching and executing negotiation strategies to the UPS sales force. Mike also worked on an initiative with the Finance Group to developed, redefine, and reorganize the revenue management processes and controls, to ensure contract compliance with their customers. His last seven years with UPS was in the capacity of Director of Sales for the West New York and Tennessee District. Mike oversaw all the sales management and staff. His involvement in all major accounts in his district demanded he play a major role in the negotiations and pricing strategies for each account.
