Mike Smith is an accomplished recruiting and business development professional with over 25 years of experience. Before joining SPADAC, Mr. Smith spent five years in the United Stated Air Force as an all source intelligence analyst where he became an expert on ground forces, earning the Air Force Commendation Medal for special contributions.
Following his military service, Mr. Smith acquired extensive experience in all aspects of recruiting, business development, and management from large corporations such as TAC Worldwide. In February of 2000, Mr. Smith founded successful staffing firm TechWizards, which eventually merged with the $300 million publicly traded company RCM Technologies. Mr. Smith holds a BS in Geography and a BS in Political Science, both from the University of Nebraska. |
