Mike Simons began his real estate career in 1988 as a property manager for a national commercial real estate firm where he managed and leased a portfolio of 500,000 square feet of commercial space. The portfolio included office, retail, medical/dental, and industrial properties. In 1991, Mike went to work for a regional firm as an asset manager where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of larger multi-family properties. During this time, Mike successfully managed apartment units in Washington, California and Nevada. Mike received his BS from the University of Washington. He is also a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
