With more than 12 years of experience in RDBMS database design, data management, automation, and online content infrastructure and deployment, Mr. Shields is responsible for overseeing ConceptSolutions’ development of customized technology solutions and supporting the company’s expansion into commercial and government markets. Before joining ConceptSolutions, Mr. Shields spent six years as a software engineer with America Online, Inc., where he gained expertise in content infrastructure, deployment, and technical training. Among his successes with AOL, Mr. Shields served as the technical lead and designer for a variety of AOL news and entertainment content sites, including CBS and ABC News, CBS and ABC Sports, MTV, Nickelodeon, The Late Show with David Letterman, and Electronic Arts.
